Je dois dire qu’après cet hiver rigoureux (-12°c à Bordeaux c’est exceptionnel), je croyais avoir perdu tous mes plants de ciboulette (vue la gueule du thym…). Et puis cette semaine, l’or vert est ressorti de ma rocaille.

I’ve been really worried about my chives which had disappeared under the snow by -12°c this past february. My bushes of thyme are all burnt and I was scared. But then this week, my green gold has appeared out of nowhere. I am so looking forward to using it!
