Simple, efficace et délicieux: Reprenez la recette de la quiche Lorraine et remplacez les lardons par vos restes de saumon (fumé, cru ou mariné). Ajoutez un peu d’aneth, et voilà! Pour un saumon plus fondant (moins sec), je le coupe en morceaux que je congèle avant de l’incorporer à l’appareil. Il cuit moins vite et rattrape les oeufs au bon moment:0)

I made something very similar for New Year’s Day. Beaten eggs, smoked salmon, capers, caramelized shallots and a light cream cheese. Baked altogether.
