Au marché vendredi – Friday at the market

Je ne m’en lasse jamais! Première journée vraiment froide, mais soleil “d’hiver” éclatant…

I will never get tired of walking through the Farmers’ Market. First really cold morning this year and radiant “winter” sun…

Thank you for visiting my blog and letting me find yours! Your photos make me want to pack my bags and visit your market. We try hard here to have “real” markets, but they really don’t look anything like those in France. And truly, decent bread here is a challenge!

    1. My French Heaven says:

Thank you for your kind words. I am honored. Now you just need to pack and come!

Thank you so much for your kind words! I love visiting your blog. The pictures, the art deco feel… I am sure I was living in Hollywood in the 20s in a previous life…

      1. Thank you! The feeling is mutual – I love visiting your blog… In the twenties you would have traveled from Le Havre to New York on a great ocean liner and then on board the 20th Century Limited to Chicago where you would have made a connection to the Super Chief. If you wanted to travel into Los Angeles incognito you would have disembarked in Pasadena… The internet is so much easier 😉

This is what I remember France to be; looks the same as when I was a regular visitor, though a little further north than you (we’re talking Normandy, but over 30 years ago). Next year, I hope!
