My salad is blooming – Des fleurs dans ma salade

Envie d’amener un peu de mon jardin dans mon assiette ce matin… Servez avec une vinaigrette au vinaigre de framboise et deux tranches de pain de petite épeautre grillées. IMG_4642 _Snapseed

I couldn’t resist the urge, this morning, to bring some of my garden in my plate… Serve with a simple raspberry vinaigrette and two slices of spelt flour bread (toasted)IMG_4676 _Snapseed

    Je connaissais l’utilisation des fleurs en cuisine mais je ne savais pas pour les violettes. C’est effectivement très joli.
    J’ai planté des pensées un peu partout pour les mettre dans mes salades et finalement j’y ai renoncé, je préfère les voir dans mon jardin !

      Je suis pareil avec mes pieds de thym. Alors maintenant j’en plante à deux endroits: un pour récolter et un pour faire joli 😉

          It’s really funny actually as they taste exactly the way they smell. If you closed your eyes and ate one, you would know right away that it is a violet, even if you had never tasted them before

          1. Bit tricky as I rarely have a sense of smell! 🙂
